The popular GRID series has been expanded with a vertical hide-away bed, to which we also offer a shelf with doors and a sofa. Cabinet bed is an ideal solution when there is little space, but you don’t want to skimp on the comfort and quality of the bed.

Smart and space-saving solutions that make your living more functional and lively. With a light movement, you can hide the convertible folding sofa and open the bed at the same time.

We use durable mechanisms from Italy, thanks to which it is easy and safe to open the bed. Opening and closing are supported by shock absorbers, with a guaranteed function of 10,000 cycles. The Murphy bed is equipped with fastening straps that keep the bedding and mattress in place. The mattress is not included in the set, the dimensions of the suitable mattress are 120-140-160x200x18 cm, with a maximum weight of 28 kg. The height of the mattress base of the bed is 34 cm from the ground. Orthopaedic plane with birch plywood slats inserted into the bed frame tube by means of special silent sheaths.

Made of strong 18mm Koskisen high-pressure laminate HPL birch plywood, or entirely with oak veneered plywood, oilwaxed. Bed mechanisms in gray powder-coated metal.

The sofa fabric is high-quality and durable Nevoso Lido /Lido Trend (martindale 115000), available in several colors. The fabric is coated with fleece which gives an extra soft and lovely feeling as well as a very good finish on seams. The sofa frame is made of birch plywood and high-quality wood. Zig-zag springs used on the seat frame. Seat cushions made of HR-35 kg and back cushions HR-25 kg of foam (HR is durable and fireproof foam). Seat cushions are closed, back cushions are open. The legs of the sofa are made of plastic, 35 mm high.

Gas springs tested over 10000 cycles, with oversized stem and zamak connection for easy assembly. You can see the ease of using the bed mechanism in this video.

The sitting height of the sofa is 46cm, the height of the backrest from the ground is 88cm, the total depth of the sofa is 84cm, the sitting width is 176cm for a 160cm bed. There are 37cm wide shelves on both sides of the bed. The total width of the bed mattress is 160cm + 88cm.

If you want a narrower mattress than 160 cm, please indicate it in the order. You can also add the appropriate Linoso Lido/ Lido trend fabric number to your order. The fabric shade Lido Trend 102 Pacific 1017521 is used on the sofa bed with oak veneer. The fabric shade Lido Trend 98 Glass 1017512 is used on the sofa bed made of white HPL plywood.

We obtain wood, prefabricated components and other materials from partners we know and trust. This ensures that everything we put into our furniture meets our standards for beauty and performance and respects both the people that made them and the environment that created it.

All Radis furniture is made from natural birch plywood, also oak veneered, finished with oil wax. We use also HPL (high pressure laminate) coated plywood. All the plywood we use is CARB2 (free of formaldehyde), FSC certified and is sourced from trusted partners from Finland, Belgium and Estonia.

By making our furniture using only sustainable raw materials, we reduce and limit the environmental impact of the entire supply chain.

We use German Osmo and UK Treatex toned waxes, which are produced using state-of-the-art production methods. They ensure the best possible protection of your furniture, are environmentally friendly and suited for all interior wood surfaces. The wax is made from natural ingredients, which lets the wood breathe and maintain its natural beauty. Surfaces treated with oil wax are extra strong and durable while repelling water and dirt. The wax consists of natural vegetable oils and waxes like jojoba, linseed and sunflower oil, beeswax, candelilla and carnauba wax. It does not contain biocides and preservatives, which means that the it is physiologically safe and can even be used on treating toys.

All our products are manufactured in our factory in Tallinn, Estonia, North Europe.

While the surface will sustain stains from wine, beer, cola, coffee, tea, juice, milk and other liquids these can be removed without any traces. Should rejuvenation of the surface be required, it can easily be done by cleaning and retreating the surface with oil wax. Wood veneer should only be cleaned with a damp cloth in the direction of the grain, and dried immediately after with a lint-free cloth. Spilled liquids should be quickly removed to avoid staining. Do not use furniture polish. And don’t place hot objects on the furniture, as this may result in discolouration.

The assembly instructions are attached to every products. The assembly itshelf is very easy and You just need a Phillips screwdriver. Should You later need to dismantle Your furnitue, You just have to perform the assembly instructions backwards.

Yes, we recommend attaching a furniture item to a wall if it is higher than 100 cm. We provide You with the right amount of wall brackets with furniture screws.

Most of the furniture is designed our  in-house team headed by Raul Abner. However we work also with other designers who love natural materials and minimalistic furniture.

We use well-protected package and heavy packages are on small pallet to avoid any damages. Our shipping partner Dachser is also trusted partner for us. However every time You receive a shipment from us, please check the package before signing the courier. Should You notice any damage, please contact us to submit a claim. We’ll need a picture of the furniture unit that is damaged. We work hard to send You new furniture piece as soon as possible, usually in a week.

In Europe the shipping is absolutely free. If you’re in the US and Canada, we recommend to order our furniture from our official retaile Archiproducts. If you’re in another country, please contact customer service to get a shipping estimate.
